As a Senior Care Assistant with Ashmere, you’ll play a key role in supporting our residents and leading the team on shift.

Your responsibilities

Communicating with residents, relatives, colleagues, and visitors in a professional and caring manner Providing personal care and assisting at mealtimes when required Leading the shift – including staff allocation, administering medication, and liaising with the Home Manager, GPs, nurses, and other professionals Showing compassion and commitment to ensuring the highest standards of care This is a rewarding and varied role where no two days are the same!
