Global Raw Materials Sourcing Manager - Textiles & Apparel

The Global Raw Materials Sourcing Manager leads the global sourcing strategy for fabrics, trims, and other raw materials across our medical scrubs and chef wear assortments. This role manages textile mill and supplier relationships, fabric development, cost negotiations, capacity and lead times, quality standards, and supply continuity across global sourcing regions. You’ll partner with Product Design, Product Development, Quality, Merchandising, and Global Supply Chain teams to ensure materials meet product, quality, cost, and delivery requirements.
