Branch Executive Director Torigian Family YMCA | YMCA of Metro North- Peabody, Massachusetts The YMCA of Metro North seeks an experienced and mission-driven leader to serve as Branch Executive Director of the Torigian Family YMCA, one of the Association's flagship branches. As a member of the executive leadership team, the Executive Director will provide strategic leadership for membership, programs, community engagement, philanthropy, staff development, and branch operations while supporting a six-location, four-branch YNAN association serving communities throughout Boston's North Shore.

Manage financial performance and annual budgets. Drive membership growth and retention. Oversee program quality and innovation. Lead fundraising and donor engagement efforts. Develop community partnerships and volunteer leadership. Recruit, coach, and develop high-performing staff teams. Advance the YMCA mission through community impact.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required. Ten or more years of progressive leadership experience. Strong financial and operational management skills. Fundraising and community engagement experience. Exceptional communication and leadership abilities. YMCA experience as an organizational leader a plus.
