Area Sales Manager

Strong teamwork capability, management, and motiving teams to achieve the sales target. Maintains high level of motivation of the entire team and promote the development of subordinates based on information obtained through performance evaluations and result achievements. Understanding company strategies and commercial policies, monitoring the implementation.

Establishes goals for the sales team, monitoring the performance of all involved. Focus on execution. Focus on optical retailer. Develops promotional plans and campaigns to increase the sales volume and marketing share of defined products. Focus on key product (clarity, BF, myday…) consistent growth. Plans and delivers sales training sessions.

Monitors the AR to achieve DSO goals. Build good partnership with customers and maintain reasonable customer inventory. To maximize trade spending in the pursuit of market share and profitability gains Ensures the timeliness and effectiveness in administrative matters. Assists marketing area with promotional materials planning to support sales activities.

Ensures the effectiveness and efficacy in Customer Service Department. Looks for new opportunities and new alternatives to contribute more sales in the customers. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:： Knowledge of the Ophthalmic Market Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and planning Be able to understand the customer´s needs Ability to recruit staff and monitor performance Clear communication skills, both written and verbal Creativity and teamwork spirit, Fully understanding on the products and services provided by Cooper.

Vision Familiar with computer software programs eg Word, Excel, power-point etc. Negotiation skills and team management skills Willingness to travel Coaching Skills Experience: Reliable experience in Medical Device company, Health Care, FMCG, OTC, and/or Cosmetics industry. Strong team management experience and teamwork ability.

Experience of JBP execution and cross function capability and retail optical experience an advantage.
