Kitchen staff/Cook

Position Overview

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Staff / Cook to join our team. You will prepare, cook, and assemble food items according to our recipes and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook hot and cold food items (chopping, slicing, grilling, and baking).
• Follow standardized recipes and portion guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary workstation throughout the shift.
• Properly store, label, and date food ingredients.
• Assist other team members during peak service hours.

Requirements

• Previous experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Basic knife skills and knowledge of standard kitchen equipment.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Rate: (depending on experience)
• Schedule: Monday- Friday 6:00am-12pm, no weekends, no holidays, no late nights.
• Benefits: PTO, paid holidays & 403(B) plan
