Checking T1‘s have been released upon delivery, if not, liaise with broker / partner Accurately enter shipment information into the TMS system. Accurately invoice shipments into the TMS system. Manage the daily operations of inbound, outbound and domestic freight, ensuring shipments are scheduled, tracked and delivered on time.

Liaise and communicate with other Rhenus offices across the UK and Europe. Problem solving on a day-to-day basis. What You Bring: Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Basic mathematical understanding. Good problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, Excellent level of customer service always.

A professional manner and rapport. An enthusiastic, committed, flexible and can-do approach. Excellent organisational skills. A strong commercial awareness. A team player, who will help and motivate others. Experience in European Road Transport preferred but not essential. Proficient in Microsoft Office Has an eye for cost saving and a motivation to make money for the business.

Being multilingual is preferred but not essential. Strong knowledge of shipping documentation, customs procedures, and international trade regulations.
