**About this role: **We are seeking a highly organized and bilingual Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be a key player in our logistics operations, ensuring that our consumer goods move efficiently from overseas agents to domestic transport.
Responsibilities
- Manage Logistics: Handle import shipments, coordinating directly with overseas agents for international and domestic transport.
- **Build Relationships: **Develop and maintain streamlined logistics processes and strong relationships with both vendors and customers.
- **Maintain Data: **Manage inventory tracking, contract data, item master sheets, and additional necessary documents.
- **Oversee Customs: **Arrange and coordinate seamless customs clearance and final delivery.
- **Collaborate: **Work dynamically in a team environment, actively assisting co-workers and cross-functional teams when needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
- Solid working knowledge of the consumer goods industry and its specific supply chain demands
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience win working with electronic data
- Strong ability to quickly learn and adapt to internal proprietary systems and processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional phone etiquette
Salary range: $48K~$55K
