Class3B08285F59FC4287A30478151F82446D%22%3E%3Cdiv%3E%3Cp%3EIn the role of Senior Project Administrator, we%27ll count on you to:%3C/p%3E%3Cul%3E%3Cli%3ETake responsibility for a wide variety of executive-level and specialized project-related administrative and accounting functions%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EWork independently and exercise considerable discretion with sensitive and confidential information%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EManage multiple complex paper and electronic files, including high-level documents and records%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3ECompose and develop correspondence and complex reports%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EManage project insurance matters%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EApply company quality assurance guidelines and procedures and independently monitor for quality assurance%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EManage project documents and files%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EAnswer questions regarding company policies, procedures and guidelines%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EOrganize and coordinate meetings, and assist with presentations%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EWork with complex contracts and sub-agreements%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3ETrack and monitor project budgets, workloads and schedules%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EActively participate in project reviews%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EExhibit professionalism with clients and corporate executives%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EWork closely with multiple executives, Project Managers and project teams%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EExercise good judgment and discretion, and independently resolve problems and issues relating to administrative project functions%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EHandle client invoicing, manage collections, complete project budgets and ensure compliance with project contractual obligations as needed%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EOversee activities of other administrative project support staff as needed%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EPerform other duties as needed%3C/li%3E%3C/ul%3E%3Cp%3E%26nbsp;%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E%3Cstrong%3EPreffered Qualifications%3C/strong%3E%3C/p%3E%3Cul%3E%3Cli%3E%3Cspan style=%22font-size:10.
