The Patient Services Representative Job Duties May Include: Contact patients prior to their appointments to obtain correct insurance and demographic information for preparation of their medical charts Accurately enter patient information into the computer Check for valid insurance plan referrals Verify co-payments; copy insurance cards Check the patient out after the visit Collect appropriate payment and issue receipts Complete financial/payment arrangements for lab patients Batch daily registration forms Complete daily cash reports Answer patient questions.

Skills/Requirements: High school graduate or equivalent Training and/or experience in bookkeeping preferred Microsoft Office experience preferred Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work as a team member in a fast-paced, high volume medical office environment Must be detail oriented, accurate and able to meet deadlines What we offer: Career Path Higher pay in areas where the cost of living is higher Paid time off (PTO) Eight (8) company paid holidays (including the day after Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve!)
