Plant Scheduler

Description: The Plant Scheduler is responsible for creating and maintaining production schedules for the Baytown manufacturing facility. This role balances customer demand, inventory levels, material availability, production capacity, labor resources, maintenance activities, and quality requirements to support safe and efficient operations.

The Plant Scheduler works closely with Planning, Production, Sales, Procurement, Logistics, Quality, Maintenance, and Finance. The role uses SAP to manage production plans, maintain accurate scheduling data, monitor performance, and communicate scheduling data, monitor performance, and communicate schedule changes and risks.
