Executive & Sales Administrator

Position Summary
Munro Defense is seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Administrator to provide executive and administrative support to the President while also supporting sales and business development activities. This position will serve as a trusted administrative partner to the President and will regularly handle confidential and sensitive business information.
Responsibilities
will include managing the President's email and calendar, coordinating travel, preparing expense reports, maintaining CRM information, and tracking sales opportunities and proposals. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, comfortable working independently, and able to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment where needs and priorities may change quickly.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support
- Provide direct administrative support to the President of Munro Defense.
- Manage and organize the President's calendar, including scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, and resolving scheduling conflicts.
- Monitor and assist with management of the President's email, identifying priority communications and ensuring timely follow-up.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, lodging, transportation, and itineraries.
- Prepare, organize, and submit expense reports and supporting documentation.
- Assist with meeting preparation, scheduling, correspondence, and follow-up activities.
- Handle confidential, sensitive, and proprietary information with a high level of discretion and professionalism.
- Anticipate administrative needs and proactively address issues to help the President operate efficiently. Sales & Business Development Support
- Maintain accurate and current customer, contact, opportunity, and activity information within the company's CRM system.
- Track sales opportunities and assist with maintaining visibility into the sales pipeline.
- Maintain proposal tracking, including due dates, status, customer information, responsible parties, and follow-up activities.
- Assist the President and business development team with coordination and administrative support related to customer meetings, proposals, and sales activities.
- Help track open action items and follow up with internal team members to ensure deadlines and commitments are met.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, trackers, presentations, and other business development documentation as needed.
- Support the organization and maintenance of customer and business development records.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in executive administration, sales administration, business development support, or a related role preferred.
- Experience directly supporting a senior executive or company leader strongly preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and anticipate needs with limited direction.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities may shift.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience working with CRM systems and sales or proposal tracking preferred.
- Ability to interact professionally with customers, executives, employees, and external partners. Additional Requirements
- Must be able to work onsite in Auburn Hills, Michigan.
