Support Worker (Adults) – Shift-Based Contract Location: Ball Tree Croft, BN15 9UX Rate: £17.26 per hour (Umbrella) Hours: Shift-Based Contract: Ongoing Pay: Bi-weekly Summary We are looking for dedicated and empathetic Support Workers to join our team, providing essential care to adults in a residential setting. Key Responsibilities

Deliver personalized support to adults with diverse needs. Encourage independence, dignity, and wellbeing. Assist with daily living activities and adhere to individual care plans. Foster positive and professional relationships with service users. Keep accurate records and documentation. Ensure safeguarding and health and safety standards are upheld.

Collaborate with colleagues, families, and healthcare professionals. Facilitate access to community activities and opportunities as needed. Essential Requirements Requirements: Experience in Adult Social Care, Supported Living, Residential Care, or similar environments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanour. Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends. Strong commitment to safeguarding and the welfare of vulnerable adults. Willingness to complete the full compliance process before starting.
