As a Client Support Specialist at Meals on Wheels Western Michigan, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service. You will be the friendly voice behind our support team, helping clients and their families navigate our services with care and professionalism. Provide outstanding customer phone and email support to seniors and their families Accurately document client interactions using the company database. Collaborate with team members to provide outstanding customer service. Contribute to a positive team environment focused on community well-being.
