Shift / Team Lead, Fusion Center Operations (3rd Shift)

The Fusion Center Operations team at Zoox ensures our autonomous vehicle completes missions by leveraging real-time remote human context to navigate complex scenarios. We are a multifaceted team responsible for feature product development and structured testing, and we serve as the operational link between the operations and software departments.

You will work closely with leaders in the Fleet Operations organization and interact with multiple teams across the company, including Tele. Guidance, PMO, User Experience, and Product. Our Shift/Team Leads are disciplined team players who believe in doing everything it takes to accomplish the mission safely. As a Fusion Center Operations Shift/Team Lead, you will lead a team of operators (rider operators, teleoperators, and mission control associates) to ensure they understand and execute both short- and long-term targets.

Team Leads at Zoox are hands-on, working with & alongside their team daily and leading by example to ensure all software and hardware tests meet Zoox’s high standards. You will be the field expert on tools, features, and functions related to Tele. Ops workflows, coordinating and streamlining processes that support Fleet Operations at Zoox.

Shift: 3rd shift, 11pm - 8am, Friday
