Key Responsibilities

• Perform pressure washing on building exteriors, walkways, and other surfaces to remove dirt, grime, and stains
• Conduct window cleaning, including interior and exterior glass surfaces, ensuring streak-free results
• Execute heavy cleaning tasks in commercial and residential spaces, including deep cleaning of surfaces and fixtures
• Carry out carpet extraction and thorough carpet cleaning to remove stains, dirt, and allergens
• Provide detailed floor cleaning and maintenance, including mopping, scrubbing, and polishing
• Cover assigned areas efficiently, ensuring all cleaning tasks meet quality standards and safety protocols
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, reporting any issues or needs for replenishment
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven experience in pressure washing, window cleaning, heavy cleaning, and carpet extraction
