Executive Assistant

  • This role can be based in either our Oxford, London, Birmingham, Nottingham, Milton Keynes, Sheffield, Leeds, Manchester, Leicester office on a Hybrid basis. We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Executive Assistant to support our Trust and Tax team. This is a key role, enabling senior leaders to focus on client work by delivering seamless, high-quality administrative support within a modern, national framework.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively manage complex diaries and inboxes, prioritising and responding to communications Coordinate national and international travel, itineraries, and expenses Organise meetings and events, including agendas, materials and minutes Draft and format correspondence, presentations, and reports to a high standard Maintain accurate document and filing systems in line with firm policies Act as a professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders Use firm systems and processes to manage workflows and ensure efficiency About You: Experienced Executive or Personal Assistant at senior level (ideally in legal or professional services) Highly organised with excellent time management and attention to detail Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Discreet and professional, handling confidential information with care Advanced Microsoft Office skills and experience with diary and travel management This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in supporting senior leadership and driving operational excellence across the division.
