Code Enforcement Officer

The Code Enforcement Officer is responsible for organizing, reviewing, and enforcing the Land Development Ordinace as adopted by the Mc. Kenzie County Planning Commission; conduct field inspection and compliance duties related to Planning and Zoning (P&Z) and Code Enforcement; assist customers, attend public hearings at P&Z Board meetings; assist with management of Code Enforcement records; conduct field inspections and compliance duties related to P&Z department; Code Enforcement consisting of responses to complaints, investigations, reporting, and issuing violations of the Ordinance; conducts presentations to the County Commissioners when necessary.
