Finance Manager, Fixtures

Location: Onsite, four days per week – Kohler, WI Opportunity Under the direction of the Director

• Fixtures serves as a day-to-day finance partner to category teams, providing financial analysis, modeling, and decision support for the Fixtures portfolio. This role supports category performance through profitability, pricing, mix, forecasting, scenario planning, KPI tracking, and actionable insights that inform business decisions and recommendations. The Finance Manager helps strengthen financial discipline, data accuracy, auditability, and control compliance while improving speed to insight and the quality of category decision support. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES •Serve as the day-to-day finance partner to Fixtures category teams. •Build financial models that support category decisions and performance management. •Provide actionable insights on profitability, pricing, mix, and margin drivers. •Support forecasting, scenario planning, and business case development. •Frame financial tradeoffs and recommendations for category leaders. •Track KPIs and explain performance trends, risks, and opportunities. •Use advanced analytics tools and data to improve speed and quality of insights. •Identify opportunities to support margin, pricing, and value creation initiatives . •Prepare clear, decision-ready analysis for category and Finance leadership. •Partner with FP A, Category Finance, pricing, and shared finance resources as needed. •Maintain accuracy, auditability, and documentation of models and analysis. •Ensure analysis and reporting comply with financial controls and governance standards.
