Financial Controller

Your Contribution As a Financial Controller, you will ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and planning while supporting key controlling processes and continuous improvement activities. Manage monthly financial reporting, including early forecasting (Flash) and data input into central reporting tool (MARS), and preparing HB2 financials in SAP S4 Hana.

Lead month-end closing activities and provide analysis of financial results. Prepare and ensure timely and accurate upload of planning data, including monthly forecasting as well as yearly FC2, Budget, and Strategic Plan. Support CAPEX management and standard costing processes. Prepare and support various Controlling studies (including product profitability analysis) and related financial analyses.

Ensure transfer prices are accurately maintained, aligned, and approved in line with internal requirements. Ensure compliance with reporting deadlines and quality standards while contributing to continuous improvement of controlling processes. Your Experience & Qualifications University degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience in financial controlling, reporting, or a similar finance role – preferably in a plant environment. Good knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint. Good understanding of financial reporting, planning, forecasting, and standard costing processes. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Good communication skills, proactive approach, and ability to work effectively with different stakeholders.
