Our design-led stores and website are refreshed weekly with small runs of completely new fashion, meaning a constant feed of exciting new pieces for our customer.

Since new products launch weekly, we have a constant need for fast, stylish and commercially useful short-form content. Work Schedule/Location: Freelance, project-based. London shoots across Glassworks stores, studio, street and campaign locations. Regular weekly shoot days may be available for the right person. The Role We are looking for a fast, platform-native content creator who can film and edit short-form fashion content for TikTok, Instagram Reels and social channels.

This role is less about polished campaign production and more about speed, taste, instinct, volume and platform fluency. The work may include try-ons, outfit videos, styling edits, product clips, staff/model-led videos, store content, street-style content, BTS and reactive social moments. What You Will Own Film short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels and social channels.

Create styling, try-on, outfit, product, store and BTS videos. Capture content on phone or lightweight equipment where appropriate. Use hooks, pacing, text overlays, voiceover, sound and transitions well. Film models, staff or contributors in a relaxed and useful way. Work from supplied content priorities, briefs, examples and shot lists.

Spot useful spontaneous content moments during shoots or store visits. Edit quickly and deliver organised raw clips and finished assets. Help Glassworks increase content volume without losing taste.

What We Are Looking For

Strong examples of TikTok, Reels or phone-native short-form content. Good fashion, styling, product or lifestyle taste. Strong instinct for hooks, pace, text, sound, transitions and native formats. Confidence filming people, outfits, product and store environments. Ability to move quickly from brief to usable content.

Comfortable working in a practical, lean production setup. Reliable communication and fast delivery. A good eye for what feels current without becoming generic. This Is Not The Right Role For Someone Who Is Only interested in social media management, strategy or posting calendars without filming. It is also not right for someone who cannot show relevant short-form examples, needs a full production setup for simple content, or only produces polished campaign films.
