Talent Partner
Job description
The Talent Partner leads high-priority talent acquisition efforts, including recruitment, sourcing, candidate experience, and hiring support. Partners with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, attract qualified and diverse talent, and support employee experience and retention through onboarding.
Builds strong relationships and networks to promote Brightpoint as an employer of choice. Demonstrates a relationship-based, solution-oriented mindset by proactively identifying opportunities and challenges, thinking critically, seeking continuous improvement, leveraging AI-enabled tools and insights, and seeking guidance when needed.
Collaborates across the People & Culture team to deliver aligned, consistent, and effective people solutions.
