Staff Development Educator

Per Diem Pay Rate: $37.10 per hour This position has responsibilities shared between two areas of service: the Assisted Living campus and the Skilled Nursing campus. The role assesses organizational learning needs, leverages both clinical and non-clinical resources to design and deliver training. A portion of time is dedicated to the Nursing Department, supporting ongoing clinical staff development, competency validation, regulatory compliance, and the promotion of best practices in resident care. This position plays a key role in fostering professional growth, enhancing quality outcomes, and ensuring excellence in service delivery across both care settings.
