Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests and deliver engaging tour narration Ensure passenger safety and follow emergency procedures Assist with crowd control and deckhand duties Prepare and clean vessels before and after dives Test equipment and report operational concerns Assist with towing, submarine hook-up, and maintenance Serve as the designated emergency diver Support the Captain and crew as required Requirements Minimum 2 years of working experience Fluent in English, Spanish, and Papiamento Strong public-speaking and customer-service skills Friendly, responsible, and a good team player Able to complete the ASI Attendant and Deckhand Training Program Company benefits Competitive salary and opportunities for growth.
