Behavioral Health Specialist I- ECM

Enhanced Care Management (ECM) is a statewide managed care plan (MCP) benefit that provides person-centered, community-based care management to the highest need members. It is the highest care management tier of the MCP Population Health Management continuum. Participating members are assigned a Lead Care Manager who will meet them wherever they are: on the street, in a shelter, in their provider’s office, or at home.

ECM is offered by community-based providers who have the expertise and experience to address the unique needs of the Medi-Cal members they serve.
