We’re looking for a caring and energetic Pre-K Teacher Assistant to support classroom instruction, foster positive child development, and ensure a safe, engaging learning environment. As a Teacher Assistant, you’ll support the lead teacher in implementing curriculum, supervising children, and fostering a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment. This part-time position supports developmentally appropriate activities and fosters child engagement to promote growth and learning.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in daily classroom activities and child supervision. Support curriculum implementation aligned with NAEYC and Head Start standards. Ensure a safe and positive learning environment Conduct developmental screenings and maintain child progress records. Engage with parents to support family and community involvement.

Participate in professional development and team collaboration.

Qualifications

High school diploma or Child Development Associate (CDA). Experience in a preschool setting or working with young children.
