Company: Caring Transitions of North Dallas Suburbs Location: Plano, TX Job Type: Part-time Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour, based on experience About the Role We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Online Auction Team Member to help prepare and manage online auctions. You will sort and organize items, take photos, write clear descriptions, and assist customers during auction pickups.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with a team, discovering interesting items, and helping clients through life transitions.

What You Will Do

Sort, organize, and prepare household items, collectibles, furniture, and other goods for auction. Take clear photos and create accurate item descriptions. Enter listings into our online auction platform. Label and track items to keep auctions organized. Research items when needed to support accurate descriptions. Help set up and run scheduled customer pickups.

Pack online auction purchases for shipping, including careful wrapping, cushioning, boxing, and labeling of fragile and irregularly shaped items. Provide friendly, professional service to clients and buyers. Keep work areas clean and follow safe handling practices. Perform other duties as assigned.

What We Are Looking For

Experience with online auctions, resale, photography, antiques, and customer service is required. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Dependability, punctuality, and a positive attitude. Comfort using a smartphone, computer, and online tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Respect for clients' homes, belongings, and privacy.

Availability for days and some weekend shifts. Physical Requirements This is a hands-on position requiring regular standing, walking, bending, reaching, and handling of household goods and auction inventory. Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 40 pounds occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Heavier or awkward items must be handled using team assistance or appropriate moving equipment.
