WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 3+ years of sales, construction sales, or client relationship experience

• Proven sales and closing ability

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Comfortable discussing project scope, pricing, and budgets

• Self-motivated and driven by results

• Construction, remodeling, or home improvement experience preferred
