Head Maintenance

Duties: Maintain school buildings and grounds in a condition of operating excellence. Performs maintenance/repairs including, but not limited to, heating, plumbing and electrical assignments along with cleaning duties. Supervise and train cleaning staff. Specific assignments to be determined at the discretion of the Manager of Building and Grounds and may vary based upon need.

Requirements

Must have (or be able to obtain within 6 months) boilers license; knowledge and ability to safely operate maintenance equipment; good background in floor maintenance, carpentry, electrical, heating and general maintenance. Preference given to candidate with demonstrated successful supervision experience. Pay/Benefits: $20.
