Customer Support Representative (Croatian/Serbian)

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a Croatian/Serbian -speaking Customer Support Representative for its technical support team in Budapest . Position: Customer Support Representative Location: Budapest, Hungary Work model: Hybrid (after training phase) Employment type: Full-time DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide technical customer support via phone, email and chat for consumer devices Assist customers with software and hardware-related enquiries and basic troubleshooting Handle customer complaints and resolve product or campaign-related issues professionally Guide customers through device setup, features and functionality Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate internal teams when required Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in internal systems Deliver high-quality customer service while meeting productivity and quality targets Keep up to date with product knowledge and internal support procedures.

REQUIREMENTS

Native or fluent Croatian or Serbian (C1/C2), both written and spoken Good command of English (minimum B2) Serbian candidates must already hold a valid Hungarian residence and work permit Previous customer service or technical support experience is an advantage Interest in technology and willingness to learn technical products quickly Strong communication and problem-solving skills Good computer literacy and ability to learn new systems Customer-focused with a professional and solution-oriented mindset Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment.
