An achievement we are confident in accomplishing in the next 3 years! For this reason, we are looking for a Customer Experience Intern to our Headquarters in Lausanne, Switzerland. You will be part of the Customer Experience team and will be responsible for delivering a 5* customer satisfaction. We strive to offer the best customer experience and your mission is to pursue our innovative, intuitive, and above all customer-oriented vision to provide our clients a unique experience.

Your mission Constantly coach our Batmaids with care and cleverness. Offer customized solutions to our clients. Negotiate with agents and clients to fix last-minute issues. Ensure 100% service satisfaction. Work with the management team to solve complex cases. Participate in projects on operational continuous improvement and process development.

Become a pro in execution/time management/team playing and much more! Your weapons A sociable, friendly, and positive attitude. Fluent English and French, German is a plus. Excellent communication and telephone etiquette skills. Ability to perform with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy. Proactivity and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Humble, hard-working, self-starter with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude. Additional information 6-month full-time position. Starting December 2021 or January 2022.
