Community Green Landscape Group is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead commercial landscape maintenance, enhancements, irrigation, and snow operations. What You'll Do

• Lead commercial landscape maintenance, enhancement, irrigation, and snow operations

• Manage branch profitability, budgets, and operational performance

• Recruit, coach, and develop field and management teams

• Build strong client relationships and ensure exceptional service delivery

• Improve productivity, efficiency, quality, and safety performance

• Oversee fleet, equipment, and subcontractor management

• Drive accountability and continuous improvement throughout the branch

• Partner with executive leadership to achieve growth goals

Qualifications

• 7+ years of landscape, snow, construction, or related operations experience

• 3+ years of leadership or management experience

• Experience managing crews, schedules, budgets, and client relationships

• Strong communication , organization, and problem-solving skills

• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver results

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

• Must meet Community Green Landscape Group's vehicle insurance standards and remain insurable under the company's fleet insurance policy

Working Environment

The Branch Manager role combines office leadership with hands-on field engagement. You'll work closely with employees, clients, and operations teams while supporting branch performance and growth.

Regular travel to job sites is required , along with occasional extended hours during peak seasons and snow events. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, operating company vehicles, and visiting outdoor job sites in varying weather conditions.
