• MANCHESTER, IA, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: $14.00Hourly, Dining Aide (Full-Time Days) Schedule: Full-Time | 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM | Every Other Weekend Required Good Neighbor Society is seeking a compassionate and dependable Dining Aide to join our Long-Term Care team. In this role, you will help provide an enjoyable dining experience for residents by assisting with meal service, dining room preparation, and kitchen cleanup while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Assist with meal preparation, tray service, and beverage distribution Set up and clean dining areas before and after meals Support residents during mealtimes as needed Wash dishes and assist with kitchen sanitation Follow food safety and infection control guidelines Promote a welcoming and positive dining environment Qualifications: Friendly, positive, and resident-focused attitude Strong customer service and teamwork skills Dependable attendance and punctuality Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 65 pounds Previous food service experience is helpful but not required Why Join Good Neighbor Society?
