FP&A Manager

Team leadership Lead, coach, and develop the SP&A team; set priorities, review work quality, and build analytical capability. Allocate team capacity across planning cycles and ad hoc business requests. Business analysis Drive analyses on key business topics, such as performance drivers, unit economics, market trends, and strategic initiatives.

Translate complex data into clear findings and actionable recommendations for senior management. Support strategic planning, target setting, and forecasting processes. Cross-functional collaboration Work with business, operations, finance, and product stakeholders to identify opportunities for performance improvement.

Align on priorities, define success metrics, and track follow-through on agreed initiatives. Reporting and insights Oversee the preparation of recurring and ad hoc reports with key updates and insights. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of data and reporting for management reviews. Standardize and improve reporting processes and dashboards.

4–7 years of experience in a top-tier management consulting firm or investment banking. We value the "structural thinking" and "first-principles" approach typical of these environments Advanced financial modeling is a baseline. You should possess the ability to build "what-if" scenarios that account for competitor moves and macroeconomic shifts A "Business owner" mentality.
