About the Opportunity We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join a well-established healthcare facility in Sierra Vista, Arizona. This opportunity is ideal for a licensed Physical Therapist who is passionate about helping patients recover from injuries, improve mobility, manage pain, and regain independence.

You will work alongside a collaborative healthcare team, providing individualized treatment and rehabilitation services in a patient-centered environment. What You’ll Do Evaluate patients with injuries, illnesses, or physical limitations to assess mobility, strength, and functional abilities. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical assessments.

Provide therapeutic interventions to improve movement, restore physical function, reduce pain, and promote recovery. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes. Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, injury prevention, and strategies for maintaining long-term mobility. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, treatments, progress, and patient outcomes.

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other rehabilitation professionals to coordinate patient care and discharge planning. Ensure all treatments comply with professional standards, safety guidelines, and facility policies. Required Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program. Current and valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in Arizona.

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and patient care skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in rehabilitation, inpatient, or acute care settings. Experience treating patients with mobility limitations, orthopedic conditions, or physical disabilities. Familiarity with interdisciplinary care coordination and discharge planning.

Compensation
