Performance Marketing Specialist

In this fully remote role, you will help drive measurable growth for high-growth businesses across the B2B, SaaS, and fintech sectors. You will support the development, execution, and optimization of paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads.

Working closely with performance marketing managers, you will analyze campaign data, identify growth opportunities, and translate insights into actionable recommendations. You will also contribute to client presentations, audience research, ad copy development, and testing strategies that improve campaign performance.
