About the Role

This isn’t your average 9–5. As our General Manager, you’ll be the captain of the ship, steering our hotel toward greatness! From leading a dynamic team to delighting guests and maximizing operations, you’ll keep everything running smoother than a freshly made hotel bed. What You’ll Do: Lead and inspire a passionate team (front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and more!)

Qualifications

What You Bring to the Table (Qualifications): A degree in hospitality management or a related field? Awesome—but passion and experience matter just as much! Minimum of 3 years rocking the hotel operations world At least 1 year leading the show as a General Manager or similar role A true leader—confident, decisive, and great at building team spirit High-energy, self-motivated, and ready to take charge without needing a playbook Excellent communicator with a heart for hospitality and a guest-first mindset Quick thinker and calm problem-solver—even when things get wild Thrive in fast-paced, ever-changing environments (no two days are the same here!)
