A unique opportunity for graduates interested in developing a career in the arts and culture industry. Interns will work closely with professional staff in the authority full-time for a period up to 12 months. You will be responsible for: Execute a wide spectrum of communications and marketing initiatives under supervision so as to build, enhance and protect the brand reputation of M+ and WestK; Social Media & Content Development: Manage the development and scheduling of creative content across key social media channels, with a strong focus on mainland China platforms including Xiaohongshu and We.
Chat. KOL Engagement: Assist with on-site logistics, coordination, and hosting for influencers visits and collaborative events. Travel Trade Promotions: Liaise with Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) to support the execution and tracking of seasonal promotions and ticketing offers. Audience Research: Assist in conducting market research, analyzing visitor trends, and developing data-driven persona profiling to improve targeting.
Campaign Support: Provide general administrative and operational support for museum brand campaigns and exhibition launches. performing any other duties from time to time as reasonably assigned by the Authority. You should: possess a recognised university degree in Marketing, Communications, Cultural Studies, or a related field.
preferably possess 1-3 year(s) of relevant postgraduate work experience; fresh graduate is welcomed; deep familiarity with mainland China digital ecosystems, social media trends, and user behavior (Xiaohongshu, We. Chat) is preferred. possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, be a good team player with creativity and dynamism and able to multi-task and meet tight deadlines; Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
