Behavior Specialist (BCBA)

Jump Ahead Pediatrics is actively seeking a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team near Horsham , Pennsylvania , for a full-time school-based role! Setting: School-Based Services (Pediatric) Excellent Compensation Hours: 8:00 am-4:00 pm, M-F Pay: $60-$65 hr Key Responsibilities: Assessment and Intervention: Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans for students. Supervision and Support: Supervise and support school staff in implementing behavior strategies and positive behavior supports.

Data Monitoring and Adjustment: Collect and analyze data to monitor intervention effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed Primary buildings are three of our elementary schools, Hallowell, Simmons, and Blair Mill.

Responsibilities include

conducting FBAs, developing PBSPs, supporting implementation of PBSPs, consulting with professional and support staff, providing training for professional and support staff.
