Enterprise Training & Operations Manager - B2B

The Enterprise Training & Operations Manager owns people leadership for Strata. Tech's full B2B instructor staff, across every enterprise client program, not just a single account. This role is responsible for hiring, onboarding, training, and day-to-day people management of instructors across all campuses and programs, while serving as the direct manager for a growing instructor bench.
