Freelance Study Coordinator

About this Role Freelance Clinical Study Coordinator (0.3 FTE per Site) TFS HealthScience is a leading global mid-size Contract Research Organization (CRO) that partners with biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies throughout their entire clinical development journey. Our expertise includes full-service capabilities, resourcing, and Functional Service Provider (FSP) solutions.

We are currently seeking experienced Freelance Clinical Study Coordinators to support a hospital-based clinical trial at sites in the Malmö, Helsingborg, and Stockholm areas. As part of our SRS/FSP team, you will be dedicated to a leading global pharmaceutical company and work closely with site personnel to ensure the study is conducted efficiently and in accordance with protocol requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Support the site during an intensive patient recruitment period. Monitor patient flow and help identify potentially eligible study participants. Coordinate study visits and study-related activities within protocol-defined timelines. Collaborate closely with investigators, research nurses, and hospital staff. Support study documentation and data collection activities as required.

Ensure protocol procedures and time-critical study activities are completed as planned.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Clinical Study Coordinator, Clinical Research Coordinator, Research Nurse, Study Nurse, CRA, or similar clinical research role. Good understanding of ICH-GCP and clinical trial processes. Experience working in hospital-based clinical research environments. Strong organizational and communication skills.

Fluent in Swedish and English. Ability to be present regularly on-site at the assigned hospital location. Contract Details Freelance consultant agreement. Around 0.3 FTE Study duration expected until April 2027 . Opportunities available in Malmö, Helsingborg, and Stockholm .
