STAT - Biotech Reporter

STAT is looking for a sharp, high-caliber reporter to join our first-rate team covering the thriving biotechnology industry. This reporter would break news and write quick-turn analyses, but also deliver strong enterprise, including deeply reported company and trend stories; profiles of top executives and scientists; and narratives.

There is also an opportunity for this reporter to participate on a range of STAT’s platforms, including our biotech podcast, The Readout Loud, and at our summits around the country. This reporter’s exact focus will depend on a candidate’s interests as well as STAT’s, but a curiosity about biotech startups and venture capital would be a plus.
