Female Behavior Technician (BT) — Staten Island | After-School, In-Home

⏰ Part-Time, 10.5 hrs/week

The role:

One child, one focus. You'll work 1:1 with an 8-year-old boy in his home, helping him build communication, independence, and daily living skills through ABA. No rotating caseload, no driving between clients — you'll get to know one family well and see real progress over time.

Schedule:

• Monday:4:30 – 6:30 PM
• Tuesday:3:30 – 6:30 PM
• Wednesday:3:30 – 6:30 PM
• Friday:3:30 – 5:30 PM

Consistent weekly hours that fit around school, a second job, or daytime commitments.

What we're looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with children
• Patient, dependable, and genuinely warm with kids
• ABA or RBT experience a plus
