Practice Manager – Lawrenceburg Veterinary Clinic Lawrenceburg Veterinary Clinic has proudly served the community for decades, providing high-quality veterinary care and building lasting client relationships. We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead daily operations, support our team, enhance the client experience, and help drive hospital performance.

What You'll Do

Lead, coach, and support employees, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management. Oversee daily hospital operations, facilities, inventory, and regulatory compliance. Partner with the Lead Veterinarian and Community Veterinary Partners (CVP) leadership to improve hospital performance. Address client concerns and maintain high standards of service.

Support community outreach, client communications, and relationship building. Manage budgets, financial reporting, payroll, purchasing, and daily financial activities. Maintain a positive, efficient, and well-organized hospital environment.

What We're Looking For

4+ years of veterinary practice or hospital management experience Emergency or specialty veterinary experience strongly preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Experience with budgeting, financial reports, and operational management Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy hospital College degree or equivalent experience preferred Veterinary Practice Management certification a plus Why Join CVP?
