WHAT YOU'LL DO

Control access at our gates, verifying credentials and logging every vehicle and visitor Conduct roving Fire Watch patrols across parking lots, housing, dining, and common areas Monitor our CCTV and AI camera systems, tracking traffic patterns, activity, and anything out of the ordinary Support investigations through professional observation, detailed documentation, and time-stamped camera review Submit hourly written and photo reports through our M-Post reporting system Greet residents and guests with professionalism and respect, setting the tone for a safe community Observe and report: stay calm, stay sharp, and communicate clearly through the chain of command WHAT WE OFFER $25.

00 per hour On-site housing and food provided during the shift rotation 12-hour shifts on a structured rotation with built-in days off Post rotation throughout each shift to keep you sharp and engaged Hands-on training in access control, CCTV monitoring, report writing, and incident documentation A leadership team that is reachable 24/7.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Texas DPS Level 2 Non-Commissioned Security Officer license (or ability to obtain) Reliability. Your team counts on you to show up every shift Strong attention to detail and clear written communication Professional appearance and a respectful, welcoming demeanor Comfort working in a remote, outdoor environment in all weather conditions Military, law enforcement, corrections, or security experience is a plus, but not required.
