Resident Care Assistants/ Med Techs

Description Med Tech (Part-Time and PRN) – Lake Wales, Florida Overnight Shifts 10p - 6a Join our dedicated team at Waters Edge Assisted Living Facility in Lake Wales, Florida, where we are committed to providing compassionate and high-quality care to our residents. We are currently seeking motivated and caring Med Techs to support our nighttime and PRN staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, mobility, and medication management
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with state regulations and facility policies
• Monitor residents’ health status and report any changes or concerns to nursing staff
• Document care provided accurately and timely in residents’ records
• Promote a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment for residents
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality care delivery Skills and Qualifications:
• Valid state certification as a Med Tech or Certified Medication Aide
• Prior experience in assisted living or long-term care preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Compassionate, patient, and attentive to residents’ needs
• Flexibility to work evening shifts (10 p.m. to 6 a.m.) and PRN hours as needed
