Job description
AIPAC is seeking a strategic, collaborative, and mission-driven Talent Acquisition Manager to help attract, assess, and hire exceptional talent across the organization. This role will serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and senior leaders, leading full-cycle recruitment for a diverse range of positions while strengthening hiring practices, candidate experience, and talent pipelines. This individual will manage full lifecycle searches from intake meetings through offer acceptance and onboarding handoff. The successful candidate will bring strong judgment, a consultative approach to partnering with leaders, excellent project-management skills, and a commitment to delivering equitable, efficient, and high-quality experience for candidates and hiring teams.
