Job description
Key Responsibilities
M&A Transactions Lead acquisitions, joint ventures, and disposals of real estate projects and assets. Responsible for feasibility studies, due diligence, valuation, and transaction structuring. Manage negotiations and deal execution to maximize shareholder value. Portfolio Management Monitor and optimize the performance of existing property assets (commercial, residential, mixed-use).
Develop strategies for asset enhancement, leasing, and capital recycling. Provide recommendations on asset restructuring and exit strategies. Financial Strategy & Analysis Build financial models and investment return analyses for development projects. Support financing arrangements, capital raising, and investor relations.
Ensure compliance with corporate governance, tax, and regulatory requirements. Market Research & Insights Track real estate market trends, competitive dynamics, and macroeconomic factors. Identify new investment opportunities in Hong Kong, Mainland China, and overseas markets. Provide long-term strategic recommendations to senior management.
Stakeholder Management Maintain strong relationships with government bodies, financial institutions, advisors, and joint venture partners. Present investment proposals and reports to the Board and management.
Requirements
Minimum 6 years in real estate investment, corporate finance, or asset management, with proven M&A project experience. Professional Skills : Proficient in financial modeling, valuation, and transaction structuring. Industry Knowledge : In-depth understanding of real estate markets, development cycles, and asset management practices.
Language Skills : Fluent in English and Mandarin; Cantonese is an advantage. Core Competencies : Strategic thinking, negotiation skills, analytical ability, and cross-functional management capability.
