Description Housekeeper/Laundry Aide – Assisted Living Facility Tuscan Gardens is dedicated to providing a warm, welcoming, and comfortable environment for our residents. We are currently seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Laundry Aide to join our team. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents by maintaining a clean, safe, and pleasant living environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties in resident rooms, common areas, and facility spaces to ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are met
• Handle laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and distributing residents' clothing and linens
• Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper storage and safety protocols
• Follow infection control and safety procedures at all times
• Assist with minor housekeeping tasks as needed to support overall facility operations
• Report any maintenance or safety issues to appropriate personnel Skills and Qualifications:
• Prior experience in housekeeping, laundry, or a similar role preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
• Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards in a healthcare or assisted living environment is a plus
