OBJECTIVE OF POSITION: Community Health Resources Mobile Crisis Response Team (CHR MCRT) Crisis Clinician provides direct crisis response to provide risk assessment and consultation services to adults who are experiencing a behavioral health crisis. This involves meeting with individual in their homes and other community settings, including police departments, with a focus on engagement and re-engagement through the work while recognizing cultural and socio-economic differences., Collaborates closely with hospitals, correctional facilities, police department and multiple community entities to ensure behavioral health needs are met during acute transitions of care.
