Lead Engineer – DevOPs

1. Role Purpose (1–3 lines): Leads the design, automation, and optimization of CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure provisioning, and deployment workflows to enable seamless software delivery. Drives cloud-native architecture, reliability engineering, and DevSecOps practices to ensure scalability, resilience, and efficiency across enterprise environments. 2.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for scalable, high-performing software deployments.
• Manage infrastructure-as-code (IaC) for hybrid/multi-cloud environments.
• Implement container orchestration and automation using Docker, Kubernetes.
• Integrate security and compliance controls within CI/CD workflows (DevSecOps approach).
• Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams for environment provisioning, testing automation, and release governance.
• Drive observability through proactive monitoring, logging, and alerting.
• Enable incident response, reliability engineering, and performance optimization frameworks.
• Mentor DevOps engineers and foster a culture of automation, continuous improvement, and collaboration.
