Job description
- Role Purpose (1–3 lines): Leads the design, automation, and optimization of CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure provisioning, and deployment workflows to enable seamless software delivery. Drives cloud-native architecture, reliability engineering, and DevSecOps practices to ensure scalability, resilience, and efficiency across enterprise environments. 2.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for scalable, high-performing software deployments.
- Manage infrastructure-as-code (IaC) for hybrid/multi-cloud environments.
- Implement container orchestration and automation using Docker, Kubernetes.
- Integrate security and compliance controls within CI/CD workflows (DevSecOps approach).
- Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams for environment provisioning, testing automation, and release governance.
- Drive observability through proactive monitoring, logging, and alerting.
- Enable incident response, reliability engineering, and performance optimization frameworks.
- Mentor DevOps engineers and foster a culture of automation, continuous improvement, and collaboration.
